PROMA

An AI proposal system that carries a consultant from client intake to a sharper final proposal, without handing over the judgement.

Inside a consultancy

Where the hours actually went

Certain proposal tasks at BR-ND People ate up hours of manual work. I mapped where, and built an AI system that supports the consultant end to end.

My role

Strategic designer and researcher

Workshops, process analysis, concept, prototype and validation with consultants. I facilitated the sessions, wrote the system logic, designed the interface and ran the validation rounds.
